“It wasn’t only wickedness and scheming that made people unhappy, it was confusion and misunderstanding. Above all, it was the failure to grasp the simple truth that other people are as real as you.”—Atonement by Ian McEwan (via modernhepburn)

The textile installation is 30 meters long and 8 meters wide, which takes up over 240sqm of the floor of the famous gallery floor.
Traveling is one (the only?) of my biggest passions in life. That’s no secret to me or to anybody that knows me. I live on dreams about new places in far far away places. I am grateful that I can (at least for now) afford it and make those dreams come true.
So it’s been 7 days since I returned from an unforgettable one month trip around Europe with my boyfriend. I still can’t believe we made it! lol It’s not easy to spend 24/7 hours with your boyfriend. I like to be alone sometimes so this was a challenge. There’s always an argument about something but, thankfully, we are still together :)
This is more or less what we visited in that month:
So as I said before, I traveled with my boyfriend. He hadn’t been to Europe yet. My previous big trips had been with friends so this was a whole new thing for me. And it was perfect. Also, I hadn’t been to most of the places we visited so it was a new experience for both of us. Plus, we rented a car in France. He drove, I was the (stressed) co-pilot…
It’s not an easy job!
But here I am, gushing about our trip. Words can’t express how amazed and happy I feel. So, that being said, I’ll post a pics of it until I get tired :)
