“We’ve been here since August first, but we didn’t sleep inside the structure until it was complete, which was in December of 2009. It felt like a strange ritual to sleep outside of it, surrounding it…”
Let it rain, let it rain I need to hide within a storm So have the ending come And bring the winds that scream And spill the fog all over town And hold me in your standstill ground And I will sink down And you’ll be washed away You’ll be washed away
I think I was reading Frolic! when I was redirected to this post. I am not sure because when I start reading a blog, I cannot stop clicking every single link I find interesting!
You know that feeling when you want to play kids games but you know you are way too old to actually play them? If that’s your case, you should definitely read this post. It’s so cool! oh happy day describes a Treasure Hunt Day for grown-ups. Not only do they show you actual pics of the day, but they also tell you how to organize it.
The first clue had bag check numbers from four thrift stores in the Mission.
After the slides we ended up at Pier 7 where there was a clue dangling off the pier into the water.
When we got to Crissy Field there were a bunch of Holi colors we got at India supply stores. We had a huge color fight in front of the bridge—then we ate cupcakes
The next clue sent us to the Chinese Fortune Cookie Factory where I had hidden the clues inside of the fortune cookies.
When we got to Crissy Field there were a bunch of Holi colors we got at India supply stores. We had a huge color fight in front of the bridge—then we ate cupcakes.
Would you dare to organize something like this for a b-day party? If so, please, let me know, I am SO in!!! :)
I listened to this song for the first time when I saw Before Sunset and it blowed my mind. After that, I started to listen to her music non-stop. I think it has to do with her voice, how she sings, how she plays the piano. It’s just perfect.
This version shows how she was, unpredictable. The click click click says it all :)
Well, there’s not much to say about this post. The pics say everything. Jamie is an AMAZING photographer. She has captured what London is all about: taxis, Parliament, red phone booth, pubs, a smile, Buckingham Palace and its gate, the night and the tube. Exactly how I picture London.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain”—
